Not very suprisingly to those who have been following the "war" but Toshiba has just withdrawn from the HD DVD business leaving Blue Ray as the market standard.

FINALLY!

Feel a bit sorry for all those who bought a HD DVD player for their 360.

If rumours are to be believed then we should see a Blue Ray add on for the 360 at some point in the future.
