If its from Micromania they will take it in as long as you have the receipt that you bought it from there. They ship it away and you should have the fixed or new console in a matter of one or two weeks.

If that doesnt work just call Microsoft Support (+44 207 365 9792 ) and they will help you as long as it is under its three year warranty.

MS does not support Cyprus. The guarantee does noy cover consoles purchased in Cyprus any more. Lately as far as i know and of what i've experienced, the policy changed. I had to pay the courier costs for my original RROD console that was in it's third year of use. I called MS Cyprus, Greece, UK and Germany and that was their answer. I purchased my console from Brent Cross.
