Having refused to put myself through the copying and pasting all the Nintendo DS and Wii shovelware this will be a short and easy blog post. In 1989 the first Prince of Persia was released and became part of my childhood memories. The animations offered by the game were remarkable for its time. However its unforgiving gameplay (a regular thing those days) prevented me from ever finishing it. The series then remained in anonymity inspite of a few more releases.

Round and round and round again
Radio Deejay me don Mikali... Or whatever it is they say; the Mont likes his morning music loop to blow out the cobwebs on his way to work. Ok, so it’s not XFM or anyone of note, but the programmes really aren’t that bad. There generally seems to be more music for your mileage compared to the UK, adverts there might be, but that Singways jingle is a hit in the making anyhow.

Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy
My life’s purpose is to spend every single free minute consuming game after game. The wise sugar free beverage container perched in front of me preaches that “Getting there is half the fun” but in my case it is most definitely all the fun, as there is never going to be a time that I “will get there” and experience all that is on offer.

Mirror's Edge
I really wanted to love this game. I really did. When i played the demo for the first time a few weeks ago, i thought it was one of the most exciting and fresh gaming experiences i had in a long time. My vote of confidence had been cast and i bought it on launch and did not wait for the inevitable January/February price drop.
